Bio:
Lin Sagovsky is well-spoken, conversational, relaxed. The sound of the professional: a natural RP with a warm, mellifluous tone that inspires confidence in every word.
After graduating in Drama from Manchester University, she trained to act at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and subsequently did a Master’s degree in Playwriting in the USA.
Lin has voiced many programmes for various parts of the BBC: dramas and features for Radio 3 and Radio 4; TV documentaries on Natural History; and World Service language learning programmes that ranged from explanations of subordinate clauses to stories about naughty Smurfs.
There have also been games, commercials, museum and travel guides, ADR and dubbing, on-hold messages, audiobooks, and a plethora of corporate narrations.
Lin is very happy to work in studio, although she can also record remotely to a professional standard from her home studio in West London, UK.
